VENERDì
Friday is, for many, a liberating moment — a time to disconnect and dedicate yourself to your passions. This wine is our tribute to that moment, to that feeling (even if it's not friday)
It was our very first wine (from the 2016 vintage).
It’s made from Garganega, the typical white grape variety of the Colli Berici, vinified in purity in stainless steel tanks without skin contact.
The vineyard is located on a south-facing hillside in Barbarano Vicentino, at about 280 meters of altitude.
It’s the last grape we harvest, usually in early October.
The result is a wine that’s fresh and intense.
