Terra
The Terra line was created to tell the deep story of our connection with the Colli Berici and their natural, artisanal wines. Here, every row of vines speaks of soil, exposure, wind, and seasons: we want to give voice to these unique characteristics, highlighting the native grape varieties that have always thrived on these hills.
Our focus is on the land — seen as origin, roots, and memory. We select grapes that can express the territory without masks, coming from vineyards carefully chosen for their distinctive organoleptic qualities.
In the cellar, we follow a sustainable and neutral approach, letting the grapes and the vintage tell their own story. This is why we vinify exclusively in stainless steel, without invasive interventions: we want every sip to speak of the vineyard, the harvest, and the nature that shaped it.
Adagio’s Terra line is an invitation to savor the essence of place, to slow down, and to let yourself be intrigued by the details. Because here, every wine is crafted to take you inside a landscape — not just inside a glass.
Prospettive
Having a perspective means looking at the world through your own eyes, reinterpreting what surrounds you, and finding new readings of what might seem obvious.
For us at Adagio, every wine in the Prospettive line is an exercise in subjectivity: it is born from our story, our experiences, and our desire to turn wine into a personal and shared experience.
Sharing a perspective means opening up a space for dialogue, letting others into our world, and enriching each other in the process. This is why the Prospettive wines are unique projects, released once a year, in limited quantities, and often the result of collaborations with other winemakers who share our artisanal and sustainable philosophy.
Here, the focus shifts to vinification: we experiment with different techniques — wood, amphora, skin contact — to create expressive and surprising wines. We work with both local and international grape varieties, always seeking new nuances and interpretations.
The Prospettive line is an invitation to let yourself be intrigued, to explore new paths, and to discover that every vintage, every project, can become an unexpected journey.
