In 2017, we planted a small plot of Ribolla Gialla: outside its region of origin, we wanted to experiment with its skins, its freshness, and its versatility.
The 2023 vintage was the first pure varietal vinification, with just a few days of skin contact — still enough to give
the wine a slightly tannic character.
The skin of Ribolla Gialla is interesting so we'll probably play with the skin contact
In 2024, we left part of the skins in contact with the wine for a longer period.

Exposure: East - SouthEast
Vineyard size: about 4.000 m²

Harvest: Hand-picked in the second half of september

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank, 5 days of skin contact
