Installation Second and Third Folies: The Power of Pink!

Imagine a room with a ceiling like the sky, suspended in the heart of nature, painted in a vibrant pink that magnificently contrasts with the surrounding landscape tones. You enter this room via a staircase, also painted in the same pink, inviting visitors to embark on a journey both physical and emotional.

The Open Room: A Suspended Observatory

The open room is a place of observation.

Crafted from steel, it is designed to enhance visual perception. This space, which seems to float between the sky and the earth, welcomes visitors and invites them to immerse themselves in contemplation.

The gaze is naturally drawn to the main view, toward which the room is oriented. However, the true magic reveals itself when one moves within: the environment invites you to explore different angles and perspectives.

This visual journey allows you to focus on various portions of the Rural Gardens, fostering a deeper connection with nature and revealing details that might otherwise go unnoticed. The vibrant and lively color enhances the greens of the hills, the blues of the sky, and the browns of the earth, creating a contrast that stimulates the senses and imagination. This shade of pink, while impactful, does not dominate the landscape but rather complements it, highlighting the intrinsic beauty of the environment. Depending on the season, this color echoes the flowers, the grapes of red wine, or some olives before they ripen.

The Staircase: A Path of Discovery

Reaching the open room is not just about physical movement but also about exploration. The staircase leading to this space is designed to be as functional as it is a part of the flow. Also painted in pink, it stands out against the environment as an invitation to explore, to ascend to new perspectives, and to discover new dimensions of reality.

The Overall Experience: An Interaction Between Man and Nature

As a whole, this work challenges traditional conventions of space and color. It is not just a room and a staircase but an idea that comes to life through interaction with those who experience it, making it unique through the subjectivity and interpretation of each individual.

Conclusion

This creation is not simply a space but an experience, a journey through colors, shapes, and perspectives that transform perception. It is an invitation to slow down, to pause, and to be enveloped by the beauty of the world around us. Now imagine tasting the wine that comes from those very vineyards in this context.
